At From Survive to Thrive, volunteers are the heartbeat of the retreat. This is more than just helping out—it’s about being part of something real. If you feel called to live close to the land, support others on their healing path, and experience the peace of purposeful simplicity, you are welcome here.
We offer work-trade stays where you’ll share meals, labor, and laughter—while helping build something that matters.
What Volunteers Do
Each day, volunteers contribute a few hours of light work in areas such as:

Building and maintaining simple structures Creating or maintaining walking paths Supporting guests with quiet care and presence
You’ll work alongside others who share a deep respect for nature, food, and the process of inner transformation.
